Since the beginning of the year, the employment service of the Krasnoyarsk Territory has helped close 1.9 thousand vacancies on investment projects

In 2025, with the assistance of the employment service of the Krasnoyarsk Territory due to all sources of labor resources, 1.9 thousand vacancies of investment projects were filled, which amounted to 68 % of the total number of stated vacancies. Various formats were used to close vacancies – from vacancies to open selection.

About 600 people took part in the vacancies fairs, including a large -scale All -Russian Fair of Employment “Work of Russia. The time of possibilities ”, which was supported by the national project“ Personnel ”. Visitors learned about vacancies on investment projects, asked questions of interest and submitted a resume for inclusion in the personnel reserve. This year, online payments with applicants from Tyva and Altai were held at the fair.

“In the region, there is a comprehensive system of selection of personnel for investment projects on the principle of“ one window ”. Each employer is assigned an employment specialist who is engaged in the selection of the necessary employees, organizes measures to select the necessary specialists – fairs, interviews, including the involvement of candidates from other regions, ”said Viktor Novikov, head of the labor and employment agency of the population of the Krasnoyarsk Territory.

A comprehensive approach is carried out to the selection of employees for the Yenisei Siberia KIP. For example, today you can submit an application to the personnel reserve of an integrated investment project through the digital center at the work center “Work of Russia” in Achinsk and in mobile employment centers.

“The Labor and Employment Agency of the Krasnoyarsk Territory, together with the Development Corporation of the Yenisei Siberia, implement a set of measures aimed at personnel support for enterprises. Agreements with companies implementing investment projects in the region are signed. Employers form the forecast of personnel need for the period of construction, operation and infrastructure support of facilities. Today, for the implementation of investment projects, drivers, bulldozers, autocraters and other qualified specialists are needed. The salary for these vacancies reaches 300 thousand rubles, ”commented Olga Korosteleva, General Director of the Yenisei Siberian Development Corporation.

Now on investment projects, 780 vacancies are available, mainly from companies in mining, working in the north of the Krasnoyarsk Territory. It should be noted that in 2025, the regional employment service helped to find work over 15 thousand applicants.
