Citizens do not want to participate in the illegal actions of the Șor group, thus, the criminal group promises large amounts for the protest and the expression of opinions that do not belong to the citizens. The national policy qualifies these messages as criminal urges and urges all citizens not to fall into the place of illegal promises. The people of the law will not allow the organization of criminal groups in illegal protest actions that aim to cause disorder and violence. Any attempt will be firmly rejected in the legal framework ”.
