Yenisei police saved two pensioners and a child from the fire

In Yeniseisk, three police officers saved two pensioners and their 5-year-old granddaughter during a night fire. This was reported in the regional Ministry of Internal Affairs.

According to the State Department of Internal Affairs, the incident occurred last weekend. The district police officer Shular and PPS employees Ivan Miroshnichenko and Evgeny Melikhov patrolled one of the central streets of the city when they saw a glow from the fire. Having arrived closer, they found that in the courtyard of one of the houses on Bograd Street, farm buildings were burning.

Understanding that the fire at any moment could spread to neighboring houses, the police did not wait for firefighters. They called the Ministry of Emergencies, and they themselves rushed to wake the residents.

In the house, which was in the immediate vicinity of the fire, they found sleeping pensioners and their 5-year-old granddaughter who did not suspect danger. The police brought them to a safe distance.

After making sure that the family was safe, law enforcement officers provided unhindered travel for arriving firefighters. As a result, one of the residential buildings was still injured, but thanks to the operational actions of police tragedy, it was possible to avoid.
