13-year-old driver turned the SUV in the south of the Krasnoyarsk Territory (video)

In the Shushensky district of the Krasnoyarsk Territory, a 13-year-old boy driving a Toyota Land Cruiser Prado car was a single accident.

According to the traffic police, everything happened on the 3 km of the Shuners-Sayansk roads. The schoolboy lost control, as a result of which the car drove into a ditch on the left and overturned.

“The minor driver was not fastened with a seat belt, during an accident he was thrown into the roadway. The boy received injuries and was taken to a medical institution. Also in the car was a 14-year-old passenger who was not injured, ”the traffic police said.

It turned out that the boy decided to ride with his friend and took the car of his mother while she was at work. In relation to the woman drew up a protocol under Part 3 of Art. 12.7 Administrative Code of the Russian Federation for the transfer of the management of a vehicle who does not have the right, the fine will be 30,000 rubles.

In addition, information about the incident is sent to PD for consideration of the issue of bringing parents to justice under Article 5.35 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation “Failure to fulfill the duties of the maintenance and education of minors”.
