“This is a historical decision that the United States is ready to participate in security guarantees for Ukraine. Security guarantees resulting from our joint work must be really very practical and provide protection on land, in the air and at sea, and must also be developed with the participation of Europe” – wrote Zelanski on a telegram, summarizing the results of the briefs of state leaders included in the “willing coalitions”.
The Ukrainian president found the meeting “very useful”. He stated that Ukraine received clear support for its independence and sovereignty, and everyone agreed that the borders of states cannot be changed by force and that key issues should be resolved in three -sided format: Ukraine, the USA and Russia.
He added that the parties develop a common look at “what a peace agreement should be – really fair, fast and effective.”

EC: We will support Ukraine as long as it is necessary
After the Sunday meeting of the “Coalition of Volunteers”, the chairwoman of the European Commission Ursula von der Leyen declared at a press conference that the EU would support the land as long as it would be necessary for a fair and lasting peace.
On Monday, President Zelanski will go together with several European leaders to Washington at the invitation of US President Donald Trump. During the meeting, issues of ending the war in Ukraine and security guarantee for this country are to be discussed.
