“Your prof, Micutzu Cosmin Nedelcu, is waiting for you!” UNATC launches four new masters programs, including a dedicated stand-up comedy

The National University of Theater and Cinematographic Art “Il Caragiale” Bucharest (UNATC) diversifies its academic offer this year. UNATC announces the launch of four new master's programs: two at the Faculty of Theater-Musical Theater and Stand-Up Comedy-and two at the Faculty of Film-Cinematographic Education and Education through Film and Content and Production.

The musical theater master combines acting, singing and dancing, offering students specific skills, from the development of interpretive possibilities to the optimization of artistic productions.
In a national premiere, the stand-up comedy program aims to form artists capable of creating, writes and interprets original content, emphasizing direct interaction with the public and the study of the comic genre.
Cosmin Nedelcu, known by the general public as “Micutzu”, will be a teacher in the Stand-Up Comedy Program in UNATC. Only 10 seats are available.
At the Faculty of Film, the Master of Cinematographic Education and Film Education is the first in Romania dedicated to the use of the film as an educational tool. Graduates will be prepared to create programs and workshops for all ages, developing both artistic skills and cognitive and social skills.
Also, the content and production program, made in partnership with PRO TV, will be held in dual system – with the practical part within Pro TV and the theoretical one at UNATC. Students will work directly with active professionals in the field, acquiring practical experience on the latest production technologies.
Entries for all programs are carried out between August 4 and September 9, 2025.
