Lighthouse and Craiova University clapped the palm for the transfer of Jovan Markovic. It reaches Gică Hagi's formation for free, but the Oltenians retain percentages of a future transfer.

Markovic did not play any official match for Oltenians. In the first part of last season he was borrowed at Hermannstadt, and in winter he played at Otelul.

Constanta Lighthouse and Craiova University have reached an agreement on the transfer of striker Jovan Markovic to our band.

Born on March 23, 2001, in Belgrade, Jovan Markovic (1.83m) has 3 selections at the Romanian national team and signed a contract valid for the next 3 years.

Winner of the Romanian Super Cup with the University of Craiova in 2022, Markovic debuted in Liga 1 in the T -shirt of the Bănie, and so far has evolved for the Clinceni Academica, FC Hermannstadt and Otelul Galați. So far, he has played 161 parties in all competitions, managing to score 32 goals and offer 15 decisive passes.

“I come with big thoughts. I want to win the championship, help the team and score many goals. I have to train well, play as much as possible. I want to help the team as much as possible.

• In Clinceni he has 27 matches, 5 goals and 3 assists. At Otelul has 7 matches and a goal, and at Hermannstadt he played in just 4 games.
• For Craiova University he played 149 matches, scored 28 times and offered 14 decisive passes. The striker was ground by injuries, especially during the period in Sibiu.
• Markovic has 3 matches for the Romanian national. He made his debut in the “tricolor” shirt in 2021, but since his return from Otelul this summer, he has caught the bank and 14 minutes cumulated in this competitive season. The specialized sites quoted it at 500,000 euros at the last update.
