And there are preliminary data that they have already decided to increase this indicator by at least 15%-17%. But we have not yet confirmed whether this decision has come into force,” said Skibitsky.
At the same time, the GUR notes that the provincial regions of the aggressor country are exhausted by a mobilization resource compared to the first years of full-scale invasion of Ukraine.
