

On August 10, during the monitoring of the network, the employees of the criminal analysis department discovered a publication in which they saw a Kiev woman with a Nazi flag, which the woman herself spread, the report said.
Investigators of the Svyatoshinsky police department entered into information about this incident to the Unified Register of Pre -trial Investigations under Part 1 of Art. 436-1 of the Criminal Code-the production, distribution of communist, Nazi symbols and propaganda of the communist and national-socialist (Nazi) totalitarian regimes.
Law enforcement officers seized the flag as material evidence, the press service added. The pre -trial investigation continues, the sanction of the article provides for up to five years in prison with property confiscation.
Photos with the state military flag of the III Reich were published by an employee of the Svyatoshinsky court of Kyiv – the secretary of the court session Anastasia Mirzak, reported by Telegraf with reference to his own sources. Journalists added that she previously held a position in the Pechersk district court of Kyiv, but in 2024 she changed her job.
The media clarified that Mirzak deleted the provocative photo.

The Law “On the Conviction of the Communist and National Socialist (Nazi) totalitarian regimes in Ukraine and the prohibition of propaganda of their symbols” from 2015 in Ukraine is prohibited to distribute, distribute, as well as publicly use the symbols of the Nazi and communist totalitarian regimes.
