Ingredients:

  • 3 kg of tomatoes;
  • 1 tbsp. l. salts;
  • 2 tbsp. l. Sahara;
  • 10 pcs. Cloves.

Cooking

  1. Wash the tomatoes, cut them into quarters, remove the stalks and pass through the meat grinder.
  2. Then whisk the mass with a blender to achieve the most homogeneous pulp.
  3. Bring tomato juice to a boil, reduce the fire, pour salt, sugar and cloves.
  4. Cook, stirring constantly, 15-20 minutes.
  5. When the foam from the surface comes down, tomato juice is ready.
  6. Pour hot juice into sterilized jars and roll up immediately.
