Vama and parasites have announced on Thursday that they will no longer concert at the Untold Festival in Cluj-Napoca, which is held these days. One of the two troops revealed that the decision comes from misunderstandings with the organizers of the event.
“Official statement! For reasons independent of us, we will not be able to participate in this year's Untold Festival,” writes Ombladon's Facebook page, one of the parasitic members. In the same post, the artists announce that “the Parasites band made the decision to suspend the following live appearances.”
The artistic moment of the band was scheduled on Friday evening, from 10:05 pm, according to the line-up of the Untold festival.
And the Vama band posted the message on Facebook, announcing that “after six years of collaboration without incident, we decided (with regret, of course) to withdraw from this year's edition of the Untold 2025 festival.
“The decision comes after misunderstandings, resulting from differences in vision and perspective, which we could not overcome, despite the dialogue with the organizers,” the artists wrote.

A week ago, Cheloo, one of the members of the Parasites band, was taken to INML for the collection of biological evidence, after entering the court of the Cathedral of the Salvation of the People and refused to leave.
The rapper was tested by a crew from the Road Brigade, resulting in a positive and negative alcohol.
The soloist of the band Parasites told Digi 24 that he did not consume alcohol or drugs and that he was at the cathedral to buy an icon.
“I did not drive under the influence of alcohol, I did not drive under the influence of forbidden substances. I do not want to remember,” said the rapper.
Asked why he did not want to leave the parking lot, Cheloo said he was going to change “some silver in money” and that he did not realize that he was not allowed to enter the church yard.
“On the lady gate, I did not enter any barrier. In front of the store where I wanted to buy an icon to make a gift to people who had come to reconcile in the church,” said Cheloo, asked where he entered the parking lot.
