In Minusinsk, a 23-year-old dance teacher will stand trial for fraud.

According to the press service of the Prosecutor's Office of the Krasnoyarsk Territory, in the summer of 2025, a resident of Minusinsk rented premises and advertised on social networks about recruiting children for a street dance group. However, after several classes, only 8 students remained in the group, and because of this, the teacher’s income also decreased.

“Unable to come to terms with financial reality, the coach found an illegal way to increase revenue. Under the guise of various fees – for holding master classes, purchasing uniforms, equipment and organizing events, he collected 73 thousand rubles from the parents of dancers. Having received the money, the teacher masterfully erased all correspondence and disappeared from the air, ceasing to communicate,” the regional supervisory agency clarified.

As a result, the deceived parents came to the prosecutor. Based on the inspection materials, a criminal case was initiated.

Currently, the prosecutor's office has charged the man with fraud under Part 2 of Art. 159 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation. He faces up to 5 years in prison. The criminal case will be considered by the Minusinsk City Court.
