Work began on Dictatorship of the Proletariat Street in the area of building No. 28. Mayor of Krasnoyarsk Sergei Vereshchagin said that this section will be done first in order to begin repairing the facade of the building as soon as possible.
Then the crews will continue to carry out improvement locally – at most quarterly on one side of the street. This condition was prescribed to the contractors so that pedestrians would have the opportunity to bypass the dug up work sites.
“I instructed the customer to take special control of the execution of these activities. On the street, resource workers also change networks. It is important to ensure synchronization of work,” said the head of the city in his Telegram channel.
Let us remind you that the improvement of the streets of the historical part is being carried out as part of the preparation of Krasnoyarsk for the 400th anniversary with co-financing under the national project “Infrastructure for Life”. The list of works includes: replacement of pedestrian pavement, lighting – wires will be hidden underground, landscaping. A bicycle path will be built on the Dictatorship of the Proletariat.
This year it is planned to transform three streets with a total length of 3.3 km. Among them are also Kirov and Surikov.
