Hollywood actor and two-time Oscar winner Kevin Spacey is in public for the first time expressed himself about the war in Ukraine at the Venice Film Festival during the Better World Fund ceremony. In his speech, he thanked Ukrainian producer Elvira Gavrylova-Paterson and her team for their charitable work in support of women and children affected by the war.
This year, the science fiction film “Holiguards Saga – The Portal of Force” with Spacey in the lead role was presented in Venice. Post-production of the film was carried out by the company Elledgy Media Group, founded by Gavrylova-Paterson, which made the Ukrainian a key participant in the international film project, which has already attracted the attention of the world media.

During the same Better World Fund ceremony, Elvira Gavrilova-Paterson herself received an honorary award. Kevin Spacey personally presented her with the award, highlighting her contribution to the development of culture, cinema and charity.
