The finalist of the Siberian Character program Krasnoyarsk Roman Zubarev spoke about the adaptation of his fighters.
First of all, the war veteran emphasized the variety of activities for former participants in the military operation. Among them, he listed counseling on employment and Olympics for people with the disabilities of Abilimpix.
Roman Zubarev himself survived the wound – he returned home with a pierced and limited mobility of his left, leading, hands. However, he successfully passed the rehabilitation and adaptation period, and now he helps other veterans.
“Many fighters themselves do not want to return. It is very difficult to return them from there – not physical terms, but in mental, ”emphasizes Krasnoyarsk.
After training at the annual courses of the Siberian Character, he will be able to apply for senior positions in the public service and state -owned companies.
Recall, at the end of June in the Krasnoyarsk Territory summed up the results of the selection in the regional personnel program “Siberian character”. The finalists became 60 veterans of their own and 30 fighters who are now in the war zone. Another 59 people are enrolled in the reserve.
The task of the program is to create a qualified management corps from among the participants in a special military operation. The finalists will study under the program developed by the Presidential Academy under the leadership of mentors.
