Demand for preferential educational loans in the Krasnoyarsk Territory grew by a third in 2025

The total interest rate under the contract is 21.7 %, but of which the state compensates for 18.7 %. Thus, the borrower bet is only 3 % per annum.

In addition, under the terms of the program, during training and within 9 months after the release, only interest on the loan can be paid – the main amount is repaid up to 15 years. You can take a loan to pay for any period of study. It can be one semester, a year or all training.
