In Achinsk, the prosecutor's office helped the residents of the house on Tarutinskaya Street 2 to return 111 thousand rubles that remained with the previous management company. The prosecutor's office of the Krasnoyarsk region reported this.
A local resident filed a complaint. The audit showed that until June 2023 the house was managed by Sobstvennik LLC. After the decision of the general meeting of owners, management passed to GorZhEK LLC. The previous management company handed over the technical documentation to the new manager only a month later. However, the money that the residents paid under the item “current repairs” was not transferred.
According to the prosecutor's office, 111 thousand rubles remained in the account. The owners have already paid for these funds, but they were never used. The prosecutor's office went to court and demanded that the money be recovered from Sobstvennik LLC as unjust enrichment. The court granted the claim.
After this, the enforcement proceedings were completed. The money was recovered in full, and the tenants' rights were restored.
