The author of the crimes committed on Tuesday, August 5, in the town of Peretu, in Teleorman county, has recognized his facts. The man was released conditionally in January after a conviction for murder.

Florin Oneață, 45 years old, attacked his aunt and summer with an ax, after they refused to receive him in the house. An 81-year-old woman and her 57-year-old son were killed in her own yard, and the second son of the woman was seriously injured.
He is accused of investigators that “While in Peretu commune in Teleorman County, he exercised intentional violent actions on three people (two male and a female person), at their home, using a blunt object (ax)”, The prosecutors of the Prosecutor's Office attached to the Teleorman Court said.
From the first information, the man committed the crime following a spontaneous conflict and against the background of alcohol. After attacked his relatives with the ax, he dragged the victims to the front.
“In these circumstances, two of the victims (the female person and a male person), following the intentional blows applied by the author, died, and the third victim was transported to the hospital, in serious condition, specifying that after committing the facts, the author brought the victims to the public space, in front of the house. The author was under the influence of alcoholic beverages, to be established the reason that was the basis of committing the facts”, The quoted source says.
The prosecutors emphasize that the aggressor was found by the police near the place where the facts were committed, later being detained and brought to the Prosecutor's Office attached to the Teleorman Court. Following the hearings, the author acknowledged the deed.
On Wednesday, against the man, the judge of the Teleorman Court was ordered to have a preventive arrest for a period of 30 days.
According to prosecutors, the man was a post -executory recidivist, being released from the penitentiary on time, on January 2, 2025, as a result of a conviction for a murder offense.
