At the request of the prosecutor's office, the Wildberriz company was fined for the freelance employment of employees in the Krasnoyarsk Territory.
According to the supervisory authority, in 2024-2025, Wildberriz LLC, organizing the work of the Red-packing center on the 11th kilometer of the Yenisei tract, found a way to “optimize” relations with employees. Sorters of goods received passes, branded clothes, equipment and even regular payment like all employees. However, legally, they were not listed as full-time employees, but by the executors of the services under civil law contracts.
Such a scheme allowed the company to introduce illegal fines for “poor -quality verification of goods” – a practice directly prohibited by law. The situation attracted the attention of the prosecutor's office.
“The prosecutor’s audit confirmed the violations: the employees actually worked as usual, but were deprived of social guarantees,” the department said.
The prosecutor’s office defended the rights of employees and initiated an administrative case of violation of labor rights against VILDBERRIZ LLC (part 4 of article 5.27 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation). Despite the attempts of the company to challenge the decision of the state -owned inspectorate of the Moscow region, the appointed fine of 50 thousand rubles remained valid.
Now the prosecutor's office is monitoring the payment of a fine and restoration of employees' rights.
