Doctors of the Krasnoyarsk Interdistrict Clinical Hospital No. 20 named after I. S. Berzon performed a unique laparoscopic operation to reconstruct the bile ducts. This was reported in the regional Ministry of Health.
The patient 77 years old entered the 20th hospital with critical indicators of bilirubin, jaundice, pain in the right hypochondrium, digestive disorders, weakness and inability to move independently. The reason for everything was the extended stricture of the terminal department of the common bile duct-a pathology, in which, due to the narrowing of the general bile duct, bile from the liver and gall bladder is not discharged into the duodenum.
Drug therapy did not give a result. To restore the normal work of the bile ducts, the efforts of doctors of different specialties were required. After a thorough examination of the X-ray surgeons of the vascular center of the hospital, the patient laid the patient to the percutaneous percichen cholangiosa, which helped to unload the organ, ensure the outflow of bile and reduce the level of bilirubin. Already at this stage, the patient felt great relief.
Within seven days, the jaundice managed to stop and it was possible to begin the next, deciding stage of treatment. The surgeons performed the reconstruction of the bile ducts laparoscopically-they formed an anastomosis between the common bile duct and the small intestine bypassing the duodenum, while the intestinal loop was drawn behind the colon. This method is called “Pose -based hepathynoanastomosis on a disconnected loop by ru.” So the outflow of bile from the biliary tract to the intestines was provided.
This rare, piece and technically very difficult operation lasted 3 hours 40 minutes.
“The uniqueness of this operation is that the reconstruction of the bile ducts was performed precisely by laparoscopically. This is for the first time in Krasnoyarsk! Our surgeons have extensive experience in reconstructive interventions with high scanning strictures of hepatiko -lady. But before such interventions, we performed only openly. It was very difficult to laparoscopically fulfill this task: all the necessary landmarks are familiar to surgeons, but we saw the operating field from a different point, in another plane, ”explained and. O. Head of the surgical department No. 1 of the KMKB No. 20 named after I. S. Berzon, surgeon Ilya Mashkin.
We add that in the case of an open operation, patients usually need a long recovery period. And due to the fact that the intervention was minimally invasive, the patient began to walk and take liquid food the very next day.
To date, the woman has already been safely written out: Bilirubin has normalized, there are no pains and complaints, in control studies of the operating region, the newly formed “sustain” operates in full.
