A “patriotic block”, pro-Rus, was registered for the parliamentary elections in the Republic of Moldova

The patriotic block of the Socialists, the heart and future of Moldova (Pro-Rus) was registered for the parliamentary elections in the Republic of Moldova, envisaged to take place on September 28, the decision being approved by the Central Election Commission on Sunday, the press from Chisinau, quoted by Agerpres.
The block was constituted by the Socialist Party of the Republic of Moldova, the Republican Party “Heart of Moldova” and the Party for the Future of Moldova. The political formations in the composition of the block do not have the right to submit the request to be registered as an electoral competitor in their own name, according to the cited press. Also, the electoral symbol of the block was also recorded.
In a message transmitted after the registration of the electoral block, its leaders declare confident in the victory in the autumn elections. “We are ready to prove that the country does not belong to the foreigners and to those who have sold it, but to the people who work here and love their land. Now, no one can stop us from bringing forces that defend the sovereignty of Moldova, our traditions and the rights of every citizen,” their message shows.
Although the announcement regarding the creation of the block was made by four party leaders, at the Central Election Commission, on July 29, only Igor Dodon, Irina Vlah and Vasile Tarlev. Subsequently, Igor Dodon said that the Communist Party also officially submitted an application for accession to the block, to be examined after August 3.
