A car was taken by the flood between the localities of Țepeș Voda and Nicolae Bălcescu, Constanța county, targeted by the red code of heavy rains. According to ISU Constanța, a person was stuck on the car's hood.
ISU Constanta intervenes, on Wednesday, after a car taken by the flood, between Ţepeş Voda and N. Bălcescu, with a person blocked on the bonnet.
The authorities also intervene with a pneumatic boat, according to Constanta Day.
The teams of the City Hall of Constanța intervene below, and the exit of the buses on the route was temporarily suspended.
“The teams of Constanta, Raja and Polaris M Holding City Hall were on the field all night, intervening to manage the effects of torrential rains. The interventions continue this morning,” the officials of Constanta City Hall, quoted by News.ro.
At 6.00 am, as a preventive measure, it was ordered to temporarily suspend the buses on the routes, in order not to make the interventions of the field teams difficult.
