“Bahi, shooting.” Crimean authorities reported deaths after drone attacks and air defense actions

As a result of a drone attack on Dzhankoy on the night of May 6, five people were killed in Crimea, occupied by the aggressor country. The head of the illegal Russian administration, Sergei Aksenov, stated this on Telegram.

Previously, he warned about the drone threat and the work of the Russian air defense in the region.

Aksenov did not provide details about the objects hit and casualties, but said the dead were civilians.

The Ukrainian Telegram channel “Crimean Wind” wrote about the arrivals in Dzhankoy the night before with reference to local residents.

“In Dzhankoy there are bangs, shooting, overflights of planes, and maybe not planes… From about 22.00 to 22.45,” the post says.

On May 5, Aksenov announced that there would be no military parade in Crimea on May 9 and no rally by the Immortal Regiment propagandists for security reasons.
