Napolact factories from Cluj and Târgu Mureș, bought by the Hungarian billionaire Sándor Csányi

The Hungarian colossus in agriculture and the Bonafarm Group food industry, controlled by the Hungarian billionaire Sándor Csányi, will buy the Napolact brand, including the dairy factories in Cluj and Târgu Mureș, from the Dutch company Royal FrieslandCampina NV, following an announced agreement on Thursday, through a statement sent to StartupCafe.ro.
