According to the supervisory authority, for six months, starting from August 2024, four small pupils of the Sun group aged 4 to 7 years of the Krasnoyarsk orphanage No. 1 were faced with cruelty from the teacher.

The woman perceived ordinary children's whims for the reason to apply physical and psychological violence. Feeling irritation, she pulled the kids with the features of development for clothes, beat her hand on the head, grabbed her face and pulled her hands and shoulders. “She often swears at me, all day. He says to me: “Go away, you're bad.” I am afraid of her, she swears at me, puts in a corner, hits. It hurt me, offended me many times, pulled my hand. I also beat and offended me on the street, cursed, ”said one of the pupils of the orphanage.

However, the defendant herself did not plead guilty. She explained what was happening in the video by trying to “reassure” the wards. The teacher also considered that children did not experience the pain during such “acts of education”.

“I do not admit myself guilty. I have never had intent to cause physical, mental violence for children, ”the teacher said.

The court found the woman guilty of torture (paragraph “G” of part 2 of article 117 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation) and the improper performance of education obligations (Article 156 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation). She was sentenced in the form of 4 years and 1 month in a colony of general regime, also for 3 years she will not be able to occupy positions related to raising children.
