The prosecutor's office revealed the theft of 400 thousand rubles from the budget by an employee of the KGKU “Fire Protection of the Krasnoyarsk Territory”.

It was established that c 2024, an engineer of the material and technical department organized the conclusion of 3 state contracts for the supply of gasoline trimmers and furniture For the needs of the institution. Two supplier companies shipped goods in the amount of 400 thousand rubles and waited for payment, but the money was not received.

“During the prosecutor’s audit, it turned out that the employee concluded one of the contracts with his roommate. Moreover, if the suppliers fulfilled the terms of the contract, then its chosen one ignored its obligations. Nevertheless, the engineer issued the delivered goods as completed under a contract with a cohabitant and transferred him money. Thus, 400 thousand rubles disappeared from the budget, ”the supervisory department said.

In relation to the now former employee of the institution and its roommate opened a criminal case of fraud V Large size (part 3 of article 159 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation). The investigation continues, other possible episodes of the criminal activities of the suspects are established. A full calculation has been made with bona fide suppliers.
