The new head of the Krasnoyarsk regional anti -TB dispensary No. 1 was the candidate of medical sciences, a higher qualification doctor and Honored Doctor of the Russian Federation Anna Nesterenko. Since March 2025, she acted as the head physician of the institution, and now officially approved in position, the Ministry of Health said.
Anna Nesterenko graduated from the Krasnoyarsk Medical Institute and an internship in the medical case, from 1996 to 2000 she worked as a local therapist of the city clinic No. 8 of Krasnoyarsk, since 2001-a physician in the regional anti-TB dispensary, the head of the department, then-deputy chief physician for the medical part.
“Anna Nesterenko is a representative of a unique medical dynasty. Her grandmother and mother, too, are the physicist doctors of the Krasnoyarsk regional anti-TB dispensary, ”the Ministry of Health said. – As a deputy chief physician for medical part, Anna Viktorovna, together with the team of the dispensary, carried out a lot of work to reorganize the TB Service of the Territory. In 2015, by order of the Government of the Krasnoyarsk Territory, all city and district tuberculosis hospitals, dispensaries and two children's anti -Tuberculosis sanatoriums were united. The new structure of the phthisitic service made it possible to carry out unified modern approaches in treatment and diagnosis, to improve the quality and accessibility of medical care to patients. The incidence of all forms of tuberculosis over 10 years decreased by 56.0 % and amounted to 39.0 cases per 100 thousand people in 2024. ”
