To improve the shape of your arms and get rid of the feeling of “vibration” when moving, you don’t need to spend hours pumping dumbbells or going to the gym. Noticeable results can be achieved in a few weeks by performing a short set of 3 simple exercises that takes only 3-4 minutes. It activates the triceps, shoulder girdle and improves skin tone.
Experienced specialists recommend this lightweight complex, which is easy to fit even during a break between tasks.
1. Swing back with fixation
- Stand straight with your feet shoulder-width apart.
- Bend your elbows at right angles, palms facing inward.
- As you exhale, slowly straighten your arms back, contracting the back of your shoulders and triceps.
- Hold for 2-3 seconds at the end point.
- As you inhale, smoothly return to the starting position.
- Repeat 12–15 times.
2. Wall push-ups
- Stand facing a wall at arm's length. Place your palms against the wall at chest level.
- Slowly bend your elbows, bringing your body closer to the wall, then slowly return.
- Keep your body straight, do not bend at the lower back.
- Perform for 1 minute, controlling each movement.
3. Rotations with resistance
- Fold the towel in half and grab the ends. Raise your arms in front of you at chest level, pull the towel.
- Slowly rotate your body to the right and left, maintaining tension and tension in the muscles of your arms and back.
- The movement should be smooth, without jerking.
- Perform 10 turns in each direction
- Breathe evenly: exhale when pushing, inhale when returning. Focus on quality, not speed. Make movements consciously, feeling the work of your muscles.
For visible results, perform the complex daily or every other day. After just 5–7 days you will notice that your gestures have become more confident, and after 10–14 days the skin on your hands will become denser.
