What are the arguments of the businessmen who support Dragoș Anastasiu and what do those who contest it

Dragoș Anastasiu has to leave because he gave bribes 8 years and then he lied publicly that he did not know what his company was doing or that he was a witness and not a denouncer, I say more voices in society about Deputy Prime Minister Dragoș Anastasiu. In reply, two businessmen talk about an aggressive behavior that had ANAF in the last decades against the business environment and say that Anastasiu has shown courage to denounce the case of ANAF Inspector Angela Burlacu and was not a gesture of weakness.
- For 8 years, between 2009-2017, the company of Deputy Prime Minister Dragoș Anastasiu bribed an ANAF inspector in order not to have problems with controls, according to a DNA investigation, completed two years ago with a definitive sentence of the officer who took a bribe. Anastasiu acknowledged the bribe of ANAF employee both in front of DNA and judges.
“It ceases a vulnerability”

Dragoș Anastasiu is guilty of bribes, given for 8 years to ANAF inspector, and a lie because he said he was a witness, and DNA then said he was a denouncer, writes journalist Emilia Şercan in a Facebook post.
“I am convinced that Prime Minister Bolojan understands the severity of both situations – bribery and lie – but as long as he prolongs Anastasiu's preservation in the government, he cemented a vulnerability that he will directly set up, but also President Dan,” she says.
If Anastasiu remains in the government will be a victory of “PSD and corrupt gangs who have increased the country 35” to the detriment of society, says Şercan.
“Pressure and toxic compromises”

One of the voices that came out publicly and spoke about “the toxic pressures and compromises to which the Romanian entrepreneurs are subjected” was Wargha Enayati, the founder of the Private Network of Hospitals Regina Maria.
“I have known Dragoș for over 30 years. He is one of the most integrated, involved and brave people in the Romanian business environment. He has always been concerned not only to build solid businesses, but also to contribute actively to the good of society, to the reform of the systems and to the change of mentalities-through communities, civic initiatives,” Friday on Facebook.
He stressed that he knew from private discussions about “toxic pressures and compromises” and catalogs as a proof of “strength” and not “weakness that Anastasiu spoke about the case that was the subject of the criminal file in which the inspector of ANAF Angela Burlacu was convicted.
“The reforms are not made with perfect people, but with brave people,” concludes the businessman.
“Stress of control”

Another voice that took the defense of Dragoș Anastasiu is Dan Boabeș, the owner of Meridian and Cristaxi taxi companies.
“To accuse an entrepreneur of having decided and acted in a certain way in those years is, I think, similar to accusing someone who lived in Ceausescu's time: why did you not complain to the electricity company that you are interrupted?”, Says the businessman who told Facebook more unpleasant interactions with ANAF.
“Last night we saw you in the news and we noted the company name; and we thought about making you a visit,” says the businessman that an ANAF inspector came in control in 2012.
“Yes, I had just launched the payment by SMS at RATB. Interviews in Prime Time, ProTV, Antena – major event in Bucharest. They saw me on television and thought about visiting me! A long time I avoided the public outings; not that I had something to hide, but the stress of the control is hard to feel,” he did not feel it.
He stresses that, however, “in the last 8-110 years I have noticed a significant improvement in the relationship with the state authorities”
“His stay in the government will be a great liability”

Dragoș Atanasiu's biggest problem is that he lied twice, when he said he was only a witness in the file and when he said he did not know about bribes, stresses the entrepreneur Orlando Nicoara, former director of Mediafax and the one who runs EAD, the company holding the TV 1 in football.
“I'm sorry about Dragoș and the way he managed this situation, but his stay in the government will be a great liability for the prime minister and what he wants to do. Because he will be” chopped “on the topic until the evening,” writes Orland Nicoara on Facebook.
“Anastasiu makes all these simple citizens stupid”

Cristian Tudor Popescu recalled that Deputy Prime Minister Dragoș Anastasiu, who was involved in a corruption file in which he acknowledged that he gave eight years to an ANAF inspector, asked in May, when he was a presidential counselor, “to escape this stupidity with the declaration of wealth.”
“Then, I said:” At the level of the simple citizen, things are seen as follows: “These rich people with big functions in the state want to hide what steals.” This is the image! And Mr. Anastasiu makes all these simple citizens fool! Despite the claim of his counselor and the CCR decision, President Dan made his statement of wealth public, and Mr. Anastasiu was advanced Deputy Prime Minister ”, continued CTP.
The newspaper said ironically that now he understands “why did Dragoș Anastasiu be fools.
“Now I understand why the current Deputy Prime Minister was stupid. He was right: because we do not know how to rush, 8 years in a row, hundreds of thousands of euros in protection at ANAF, without even being accused for this,” concluded Cristian Tudor Popescu.
“Ethical and political problem”

The situation of Deputy Prime Minister Anastasiu raises problems of ethics and credibility for the reformist agenda of the current government, said university professor Cristian Preda, former MEP.
“In the file – it is about the bribe given to some officials ANAF – I was a witness, not a denouncer, says Deputy Prime Minister Anastasiu. His problem is not, however.
A credible reform of the state cannot be made by ignoring these two dimensions. I would not want the reformist breath of the prime minister to be cooked by the Anastasiu-Anaf scandal, ”Preda wrote on Friday in a Facebook post.
“Mr. Bolojan has only one solution”

“It is obvious that you need decades to build a name and five minutes to ruin,” says the sociologist Gelu Duminică that is the essence in the case of Dragoș Anastasiu.
“Mr. Bolojan has only one solution. To be implemented immediately. Because the one who will settle political, there is no one but his reign. And at the macro level, the dihonia in the society will deepen …”, says the sociologist.
“School case”

An opinion similar to Gelu Sunday has Valeriu Turcan, a professor at the Faculty of Journalism and a former spokesman in Cotroceni during Traian Basescu's period. He tells the prime minister that the policy in Bucharest “has another user manual” and “it is important to open to read”.
“The management of the case of Dragoș Anastasiu seems to be a variety of a school. Everyone learns what he wants or can. Now, about communication, the idea is that before being strategic, it is tactical, that is, it is reduced to the decision to close the subject on the weekend or to start a new week with him,” he says.
Deputy Prime Minister Dragoș Anastasiu will go public at 5 pm at a press conference at the Government headquarters.
