Ingredients:

  • 1 kg of cucumbers;
  • two heads of garlic;
  • two chili pepper;
  • two umbrellas of dill;
  • one bunch of dill;
  • 20 g of horseradish;
  • two sheets of horseradish;
  • five currant leaves;
  • five cherry leaves;
  • 60 g of salt.

Cooking

  1. Rinse the cucumbers, transfer to the container, pour water and leave for two hours.
  2. Small the leaves of horseradish, garlic and pepper. Wash the leaves of currants and cherries and dry.
