Here's what will reduce back pain: Dr. Bubnovsky’s simple exercise – 5 minutes a day and a lower back as in 20 years

When the pain in the back does not allow the usual lifestyle, you need to act decisively. And although in advanced cases, doctors recommend treating medicines, you can get rid of pain with a simple exercise. In the case of pain in the lower back, it is necessary to take a horizontal position on the back, bend your knees, close your eyes and visualize, as with each exhalation, the “energy of pain” goes into the ground, the author of the Zen channel “Sergei Mikhailovich Bubnovsky” (16+) recommends.

Accompanying each exhalation with the sound of “HAA”, try to feel the heat that spreads in the lower back. Imagine yourself lying on the sand heated sun, which with each exhalation is getting warmer. This contributes to muscle relaxation, removal of cramps and, as a result, a decrease in pain.

If visualization is difficult, perform the exercise lying on your back, and with each exhale, try to tear off the shoulder blades from the floor, while pulling your knees to the elbows connected behind your head. Repeating this movement several times will feel significant relief of pain.

According to the Doctor of Medical Sciences, Sergei Bubnovsky, the author of the methodology of kinesitherapy and research in the field of treatment of the musculoskeletal system, the key point in this exercise is control over the exhalation and its direction in the area where the pain is felt. Tightly compressed lips help to focus on a diaphragmatic exhalation.

The effectiveness of the exercise can be increased by imagining how internal organs, including the muscles of the perineum, kidneys and organs of the pelvis, are pulled to the lower part of the navel. This technique is useful for hemorrhoids, anal cracks, prostatitis, prolapse of organs, inflammation of the appendages and cystitis at any stage.

Attention! The article is introductory in nature. Before performing the exercise, consult your doctor.
