In Krasnoyarsk, the Director General of the PKF Dorinveststroy, who is suspected of using false documents when concluding a contract for the construction of the road, was in Krasnoyarsk.
The prosecutor’s office reminded that a contract for 50 million rubles with a company for the construction of a road on the street of the 3rd pioneers was concluded in August 2024. Wanting to win the auction, the contractor indicated in the application inaccurate data on the availability of experience in construction work. In confirmation, he submitted a fake contract for the construction of roads in the cottage village in Tomsk worth 38 million rubles. This provided him with victory at the auction.
But the audit showed that the information is false – The data of the tax authority and the contractor himself did not coincide. Based on the materials of the prosecutor's office, a criminal case was opened.
“After that, at the request of the prosecutor, the contract was unilaterally terminated, the company was included in the register of unscrupulous suppliers, a lawsuit was sent to the court to recover the value of the advance payment. A new contract is concluded with another contractor, which plans to complete the work by September 1, 2025“, – They told the prosecutor's office.
The general director of the company pleaded the guilt and apologized. The prosecutor's office approved him of the use of a deliberately false document (part 5 of article 327 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation). The criminal case will be considered by the World Court of the Central District of Krasnoyarsk.
