Egorov is 44 years old. He graduated from the Law Faculty of KSU by correspondence. Subsequently, he held the positions of investigator of the prosecutor's office of the Sverdlovsk district of the city, senior investigator of the department for the investigation of murders and banditry, senior prosecutor of the department for supervision of the procedural activities of the bodies of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation, deputy prosecutor of the Kirov district of Krasnoyarsk, prosecutor of the Partizansky district, Rybinsk interdistrict prosecutor, prosecutor of the Berezovsky district of the region.

Taking into account the characteristics of a closed administrative-territorial entity Zheleznogorsk city and the significance of the activities of industrial enterprises of federal significance, the regional prosecutor Roman Tyutyunik outlined to Andrey Egorov the key areas of work: posting information about contracts in the Unified Information System; reducing the waiting list for social housing; checking denials of social support measures and strengthening supervision of road safety; analysis of the increase in thefts, robberies and other crimes with the development of response measures; compensation for damage from crimes and supervision of the execution of contracts for national projects; checking the residence of foreign citizens and maintaining a register of past crimes; oversight of the rights of disabled children, orphans and the prevention of juvenile crime; control of enforcement proceedings on alimony and employment of debtors; strengthening anti-corruption checks in the areas of real estate, budget and national projects.
