Russian bombs hit the center of Kharkov. Over 30 injured people, including children

Kharkiv, the second largest city of Ukraine, located near the border with Russia, from the beginning of full invasion in 2022 is regularly attacked from the air.
According to the meter of Kharkov Ihor Tereków in the attack, the Russians used two directed bombs that hit the Szewczennywskij district. One of the bombs hit the civilian object, causing a fire. The second exploded near a multi -story residential building, which led to a fire about 15 parked cars. At least five people went to the hospital, said the Governor of the Kharkiv region Oleh Syniehubow.
“These are completely senseless attacks that have no military goal,” said President Wołodymyr Zelnski in response to the attack. “Russia's only goal is to continue aggression and kill. That's why we need a stronger air defense and increase weapon production. This will help save lives.”
Zelanski also published photos and videos from the scene of the incident, which shows burned cars, broken windows and smoke floating above the apartment blocks.
A few hours earlier, a different attack occurred. The Russian missile hit the village of Piędłyman, as a result of which three members of the Ukrainian family were killed, who had previously escaped from the war from the house from the village of Bogusławka, which was occupied by the Russian forces in 2022, and then reflected by Ukraine. The victims are a 57-year-old woman, her 58-year-old husband and their 36-year-old son-the local authorities said.
This attack occurred after firing on Thursday morning by Russia of the drone swarm towards Odessa. The huge raid destroyed houses, monuments and part of the historic city center, including the iconic private market, which has been a symbol of Odessa for almost 200 years. The Russians also hit a nearby nine -story residential building, part of which from the fifth to the eighth floor was destroyed.
Governor Oleh Kiper announced that many fires broke out throughout the city, including at a gas station, at home and several small companies.
Russia has repeatedly attacked Odessa – a key port on the Black Sea – since the start of the full invasion of Ukraine in 2022, last year UNESCO has entered the historic center of the city on the List of the World Heritage of the Threatened.
