The total financing of the program is 120 billion rubles, including 81.3 billion rubles allocated by Norkelm.

In addition to residential buildings, a comprehensive plan includes a number of objects socially significant for the population. Nikolai Utkin noted that a new modern clinic is being built in the Talny area. In the summer, the preparation of the pile field will end and the arrangement of the foundation will begin. The contractor demonstrates a desire to fulfill obligations ahead of schedule. The completion of construction is scheduled for 2027.

“As for the repair of a polar state university, the design work has been fully completed. Now at the final stage the choice of the contractor. In July, we are hoping to finalize and declare the winner so as not to lose a short summer and start work this year. The terms of their completion are the end of 2027. The construction of the Lyceum named after the Long – additional obligations that Norilskel took upon itself in the renovation. To date, we are also at the final stage of design work. Design solutions were handed over to state examination. In the fourth quarter of 2025, we plan to complete the tender for the construction of our lyceum and begin construction and installation work, ”said Nikolai Utkin.
