Near Krasnoyarsk, an ice drift seriously damaged the Mana embankment, which was landscaped last year. The KrasMash telegram channel shares footage of the destruction.
The recording shows that the ice floes squeezed onto the shore broke the boards of the embankment flooring and damaged the pier. Fences were also damaged and local residents' plots were flooded.

The improvement of the embankment was carried out in the village of Mansky only last year, simultaneously with the tidying up of the space near the river in Ust-Man. The initial cost of the contract was 57 million rubles. According to the documents, they planned to equip the beaches with wooden sidewalks, modular toilets, benches, sun loungers and rain shelters, as well as bar tables and chairs for picnics. Also, specialists had to install lighting, equip parking lots, tent sites, locker rooms and places for boarding and disembarking watercraft.
