These products cleanse the vessels of plaques and blood clusters, like a brush: forget about the medicine – the doctor revealed the secret

The world -famous cardiac surgeon Ellsworth Werham, who lived up to 104 years, refuted the generally accepted stereotypes with his way of life. At the age of 99, he did not stop driving a car, engage in a garden, easily climbed the stairs and kept his mind. Others admired and tried to unravel his secret of longevity, writes the author of the Zen channel, “Just about life and education” (16+).

The doctor’s diet was far from exquisite dishes. Everything was simple: for breakfast oatmeal on vegetable milk with nuts and fresh berries or fruits, and the second and last meal – up to four in the afternoon. It included stewed vegetables, legumes, whole grains and greens, sometimes a little fish. He completely eliminated the sweet and semi -finished products, consuming only water and orange juice.

His daily routine was stable: a rise at five in the morning, charging, and going to bed – no later than ten in the evening. The cardiac surgeon recommended that three products must be consumed:

  • Oatmeal – Like a panicle for blood vessels. The fibers are binded by cholesterol, improving blood flow.
  • Beet – Organic acids help dissolve blood clots.
  • Garlic – Reduces blood coagulation, strengthens the capillaries, saturates the body with antioxidants.

He noted that over the years of practice he noticed: the state of blood vessels among vegetarians and vegans is much better than those who prefer meat food.
