In the same newspaper, the article “For economic calculation” posted information that economic study was organized in agricultural vehicles “Testament Ilyich”. Over 120 people are engaged in primary economic schools. In the reference and information publication “Birobidzhana Street: according to the documents of the State Archive of the EAO” (0+), information was posted that by the decision of the Birobidzhan City Executive Committee dated April 12, 1988 No. 133, the Tradovaya Street, which was formed in 1953, was renamed Miller Street (Meler).

Help: Boris (Buzi) Miller is a Jewish writer. After the end of the seven -year period, he worked at the factory in Kharkov. In 1932 he became a student of the literary department of the Kharkov Pedagogical Institute, and a year later he transferred to the Moscow Pedagogical Institute named after V.I. Lenin. After graduation, he was sent to the Far East. From this moment on, the writer's life was firmly intertwined with a Jewish autonomous region. Starting his career as a school teacher, Buzi Miller went to the editor of the regional newspaper Birobidzhaner Stern (12+). In 1940, Miller was admitted to the Union of Writers of the USSR. For his merits, he was awarded the title of “Honored Worker of Culture of the RSFSR” and awarded the Order of “Badge of Honor”. For a long time he headed the regional literary association.
