The deputy of the Legislative Assembly of the Krasnoyarsk Territory Ilya Zaitsev criticized the repair of Sverdlovskaya Street, about which they spoke approvingly at the Krasnoyarsk City Hall.

Ilya Zaitsev said that he went through the entire section from Matrosov Street to house number 73 and remained unhappy.

“I was surprised today, after reading in the City Hall about the completion of the repair of Sverdlovskaya Street. Maybe we, of course, live in different cities … or someone is misleading someone. The whole site passed – the same 3.6 kilometers mentioned in the message. The conclusion is sad, ”said Ilya Zaitsev.

He said that borders were not replaced in many areas, since only half of the volume was laid in the contract. Because of this, entire segments with destroyed or missing sides appeared. At the same time, normal curb stones fell under the replacement, according to local residents.

“Asphalt around hatches and storms is a separate story. Somewhere he neatly managed the well, somewhere lay on top, and in some places the edges began to crumble. There will be a lot of water in these places, there is no sealing, the conjugation with the main coating – too. After 3-6 months, these zones will begin to collapse first. Especially in places of conjugation, at the roadsides, near the hatches. Such a “repair” does not solve the problem – it creates a new one. By the way, in the area of the art school there are questions for the thickness of the asphalt: visually – less than expected. But for some reason there is not a single deforestation in this area for control, ”the deputy explained.

Also, Ilya Zaitsev did not arrange the conditions for the small residents of the district.

“For example, at the house No. 13 in Sverdlovsk – there is a decrease on the one side of the pedestrian crossing. And with the odd – only a staircase and a gentle concrete ramp, which, apparently, is proposed to “move out” with a stroller. In the area of the Yenisei station is its own paradox: as part of the “optimization of movement”, a pedestrian crossing was removed there, but the decrease of the curbs was made just in the place where there is no more transition. And where he remained, they did not make a decrease. How should this work? ”, The deputy said.

Also, the people's chosen one recorded the moment of “asphalt sealing” – the worker simply knocks with a pipe with a small platform at the end along the asphalt.

“Bottom line: 135.2 million rubles from the city budget were spent. Yes, pits and failures on the roadway are eliminated. But all these deficiencies, negligence and outright hack leave a sad impression. Another example of how the contractor pretends that he is repairing, and the customer is accepting, ”the deputy noted.

According to the results of the exit, Ilya Zaitsev promised to prepare appeals to the city administration and the prosecutor of the region.
