In the Krasnoyarsk Territory, bailiffs achieved the demolition of a pavilion with confectionery products near a residential building, which violated fire safety requirements. This was reported by the press service of the FSSP in the region.
By a court decision, for failure to dismantle the pavilion within the period established by law, 3 thousand rubles were charged for each day of delay.
“However, the court decision was not executed, and therefore the debtor was brought to administrative liability under Part 1 of Art. 17.15 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation “Failure to comply with non-property requirements contained in an executive document.” The fine amounted to 10 thousand rubles. In addition, for failure to comply with a court decision, the bailiff issued a ruling to collect an enforcement fee in the amount of 5 thousand rubles,” — the department added.
As a result of the measures taken, the debtor executed the court decision. When the trade pavilion was dismantled, the amount of the penalty was more than 2 million rubles. The money was debited from the debtor's bank accounts.
