
Often we overeat, not because we are hungry, but simply because we eat for watching films or videos. At such moments, we do not notice how much we have already eaten, and continue to pull something in the mouth. Sometimes this comes to the point that without food the film is no longer a joy.
If you really want to have a snack while viewing, it is better to prepare something useful in advance. Instead of the usual burgers, hot dogs or popcorn, try to cook Pete with avocados and tomatoes.
Here is a simple recipe from Zen-blog “Oh, these oranges” (12+).
Ingredients:
• 1 cake
• 1 ripe avocado
• 1 tomato
• 1 pinch of salt and pepper
Preparation:
1. Mash the avocado and spread on Pete.
2. Cut the tomato in circles and lay out on top.
3. Salt and pepper to taste.
Avocado contains useful fats, and tomatoes are saturated with vitamins and antioxidants. Such a snack will come out delicious and healthy, and you will not have to bother with long cooking. Bon appetit.
