In Russia, fines for improper education and teaching of children will grow several times. The corresponding decision on the eve was made by the State Duma.
Changes relate to Article 5.35 of the Administrative Code (non -fulfillment by parents or other legal representatives of minor duties on the maintenance and education of minors). This does not include providing the child with nutrition, clothes, housing, education, medical help, lack of care of health, physical, mental, spiritual and moral development of the child.
Now the sanction of the article provides for a fine of 100 to 500 rubles. Now, irresponsible parents will be punished in the amount of 500 to 2 thousand rubles.
Earlier, Newslab wrote that the State Duma finally adopted the law on increasing the fine for the non -notice of the military enlistment office on the move.
