In the first six months of 2025, 13.4 % more people died on the roads of the Krasnoyarsk Territory than before. The new head of the regional police, Alexander Solovyov, shared statistics.
In just six months, 1291 accidents occurred in the region – this is 1.5 % more than before. More than 1.5 thousand people were injured in accidents, while their number increased by 2.4 %. The most alarming dynamics is observed relative to the number of dead – in the first six months on the roads of the region, 127 people died.
“The activities to ensure road safety are serious adjustment, where, despite the measures taken, an increase in the number of accidents is noted. I draw attention to the fact that we need to not only stabilize the situation with accident, but also reduce mortality, ”said Alexander Solovyov.
The head of the regional head of the head emphasizes that there are already risks now excesses of predicted values in the year in individual regions of the region.
