Krasnoyarsk entrepreneurs were caught substituting raw materials in fish production. Employees of Rosselkhoznadzor managed to find this out while monitoring the Mercury system, where producers draw up veterinary documents.
Thus, one manufacturer of fish products in Krasnoyarsk made lightly salted salmon fillets from frozen salmon. The weight of the finished batch was 3.5 kilograms, and there was no salmon in the composition.
Another entrepreneur was preparing a fish platter of trout and muksun. There was no data on trout in the Mercury system, which means that this type of fish was not actually used.
The department explained: in the absence of reliable information in the system, it is impossible to establish where the products came from at the enterprise and how safe they are.
Both entrepreneurs received warnings about the inadmissibility of violations.
