This is the same sweet dessert from the USSR that many people remember since childhood. It is impossible to confuse it with modern sweets from the supermarket. You will not find the taste of such a sausage on the shelves of the Magnit. This is a real piece of nostalgia, which is still loved to cook at home. A recipe for tea sausage, as in the USSR, was shared by the author of Zen-blog “Recipes-lick your fingers!” (16+).

Ingredients:

cookies – 600 g

cocoa – 3 tbsp. l.

Milk – 150 ml

butter – 200 g

Sugar – 8 tbsp. l.

Method of preparation:

1. For the recipe, classic cookies are best suited for the “anniversary” type. It needs to be broken a little, leaving part of the pieces whole so that there is a pleasant texture in the sausage.

2. Next, butter is melted in the pan. Sugar and cocoa are added to the melted oil. The resulting mass must be thoroughly mixed and cooked over low heat until sugar is completely dissolved. The main thing is to prevent a mixture of boiling.

3. After that, add milk and mix until smooth.

4. The chips of cookies are laid out in this chocolate mixture and everything is thoroughly mixed. The mass should become thick and sticky.

5. The mass is wrapped in food film, forming the form of sausages. After it is put in the refrigerator for at least 4-5 hours, so that it infuses well and takes its shape.

It turns out a fragrant, saturated dessert, familiar to many since childhood.
