“At 11.00, the invaders fired at residential development in Konstantinovka using [250-килограммовую авиабомбу] FAB-250 with a module [управления] UMPK. As a result of the attack, two civilians were killed. Another citizen for 63 years received mine-explosive injuries and a fragmentation wound, ”the report said.
The prosecutor’s office emphasized that the victims were during a blow along the street.
“Already 10 minutes later, the enemy hit the FPV-throne on a civilian car in which the spouses were. 39-year-old woman and a 40-year-old man received bodily harm incompatible with life,” the post said.
Also, as a result of the Russian attack, 15 private and apartment buildings, power lines and a car were damaged, including 15 private houses.
The pre -trial investigation began on the facts of war crimes (part 2 of article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
On July 6, the invaders killed in Druzhkovka Donetsk region, said the head of the regional military administration Vadim Filashkin.
“The Russians killed a man and damaged the technique,” he wrote.
