FCSB won the Romanian Super Cup, after 2-1 with CFR Cluj

FCSB conquered the Romanian Super Cup in football, after defeating CFR Cluj with a score of 2-1 (0-0), on Saturday night, on the Steaua Stadium in Bucharest.

The champion was imposed by the goals scored by Dennis (48) and Risto Radunovic (90+1), while the goal of the Romanian Cup holder was successful by Alin Fică (65), reports Agerpres.

FCSB has won the trophy eight times, while CFR Cluj remains with four superputs. The “red-blue” obtained the trophy last year (3-0 with the Corvin).

The match on the Steaua stadium did not start very well for the champions, who lost the striker Denis Alibec, injured after only a few minutes, from his redeebut to FCSB.

How did the match unfold

In min. 21, FCSB had the first clear opportunity, but Miculescu shot over the gate after Hindrich rejected the ball sent.

CFR passed by the goal (25) through Postolachi, whose shot was rejected by Stefan Târnovanu.

The champion missed the opening of the score at the end of the first half (39), when Florin Tanase sent the ball to the crossbar.

The team coached by Charalambous started the second half, but Stefanescu (47) fired from the gate from 10 meters. Dennis political, just a few minutes after its official debut at FCSB, scored (48), with a corner shot from 22 meters.

The Clujians forced the equalization, but Chiricheș (62) was providential, blocking the shot of Emerllahu.

On the other side, Hindrich noticed at Stefanescu's shot (63).

Kamara (64) sent next to the gate, and a minute later, Alin Fică equalized with a shot from 20 meters, diagonally (65).

In min. 76, Stefanescu shot from outside the box, but Hindrich rejected.

Radunovic Montenegrin scored the Victoriei goal (90+1), with a corner shot from 25 meters.

CFR had one last chance, but Târnovanu (90+6) rejected a nearby resumption.

For both teams this was the last check before the debut in the European Cups, which will take place next week, before the beginning of the national superligation.
