6 homemade sauces to pasta – turn the fresh “horns” into a masterpiece: the husband rushes home for a yummy

Each time the same thing: the pasta was welded, added a piece of oil and “dinner for the student” is ready. If bored, and the home has already begun to twist with your nose, try diversifying the usual dish and make it like in an expensive restaurant. Add a bright home sauce to any paste – and every evening you have a new dish, and the whole family runs to the kitchen at the first call. At the same time, no “chemistry” from the store, all the ingredients are at hand, cooking takes a minimum of time.

Cheese
Flour – 2 tbsp. tablespoons, milk – 1 cup, vegetable oil – 1 tbsp. spoon, hard cheese – 200 g, drain. Oil – 50 g, spices, pepper, salt.
First, fry flour in oil, pour milk, add cheese and spices – interfere with smoothness.

Tomato
Tomato. Pasta – 2 tbsp. tablespoons, onions – 1 pc, tomatoes – 3 pcs, olive oil – 4 tbsp. tablespoons, sugar – a pinch, salt, pepper, spices.
Fry onions and tomatoes, add paste, spices – simmer to density.

Sour cream
Sour cream – ½ cup, lemon juice – 1 teaspoon, salt – ¼ teaspoon, sugar – ¼ teaspoon, pepper.
You just mix everything, warm slightly – perfectly to the paste and chicken.

Mushroom
Mushrooms – 400 grams, onions – 2 pcs, dried basil – 2 teaspoon, salt – 1 teaspoon, cream of medium fat content – ½ cup, pepper.
Fry the mushrooms and onions, fill it with cream and basil – simmer to density.

Creamy
Fat cream (20-30%)-1 cup, butter-50 grams, flour-1 tbsp. spoon, garlic – 1 clove, parsley, salt, pepper, spices.

With minced meat
Tomatoes in its own juice – 1.5 kg, minced meat – 0.5 kg, onions – 2 pcs, bell pepper – 2 pcs, garlic – 5 cloves, sugar – 2 tbsp. tablespoons, basil – 2 tbsp. spoons, spices, salt, pepper.
Fry all the vegetables, mix with minced meat and languish on low heat.

Try it and you will be surprised how your daily menu will change, and loved ones will say that you are divinely preparing.
