In Sosnovoborsk, bailiffs exacted compensation for material damage in the amount of more than 580 thousand rubles in favor of a man injured in an accident.
The press service of the GUFSSP in the region said that the accident occurred due to the fault of the 35-year-old driver. He violated traffic rules and collided with another car. The victim's car was damaged and required repairs. At the same time, the culprit did not have insurance, so the victim went to court.
After the court's decision, the case was transferred to the bailiffs. The debtor was notified of the need to pay the debt and warned of additional sanctions, but he did not respond. Then the bailiffs established his place of work and found his Toyota Corolla car. The car was seized right on the territory of the organization.
The man did not want to lose the car and completely repaid the debt in a short time. In addition, he paid an enforcement fee – about 70 thousand rubles.
After this, the arrest was lifted and the enforcement proceedings were closed.
