The head of the government of the Krasnoyarsk Territory reported before the Legislative Assembly
At the final political season of the session of the Legislative Assembly of the Krasnoyarsk Territory, Prime Minister Sergei Vereshchagin spoke. He reported to the parliament on the results of the government in 2024.
One of the main achievements of the year was to overcome the mark of 1 trillion rubles of the volume of investments received in the region’s economy. This is 6.8% more than in the previous year. The budget system also demonstrated stability. Over the year, the parameters of the regional budget were adjusted twice: income increased by 32 billion rubles, expenses – by almost 16 billion rubles. According to the Ministry of Economics, the unemployment rate in the region remained record low – only 0.6 % at the end of the year. Small and medium -sized businesses helped to receive loans worth more than 1.1 billion rubles for development. More than 4.3 thousand jobs were created, about 100 social enterprises received direct grants.
According to Rosprirodnadzor, the volume of emissions from stationary sources in the region decreased by 13.4 % and amounted to 2,156 thousand tons. Particular attention was paid to the transfer of private households to environmentally friendly heating. Complex plans have been developed to reduce pollution for three cities included in the federal project “Clean Air” – Minusinsk, Lesosibirsk and Achinsk. The bills were also adopted to reduce business emissions. In total, in 2024, 42.5 billion rubles were allocated to protect the environment in the region, which is 10% of the all -Russian investment in the environment. The region for the third year in a row remains the country's leader in terms of investment in defense of nature.
For the year, 140 billion rubles were allocated for health care. 72 new medical facilities were introduced, more than 2 thousand units of equipment and 85 ambulances were purchased. The volume of high -tech assistance increased by 4%, 21,738 adults and 1,906 children used it. However, problems with drugs, a shortage of doctors and the condition of the clinic are preserved.
109 billion rubles were allocated for education in 2024, which amounted to 20% of the regional budget. 6 new schools for 3,970 places have been opened, 271 places in kindergartens were created, 6 schools and 8 gyms were repaired. The work continues the new center for gifted children – the “satellite”, through which 10.4 thousand schoolchildren have already passed.
Repair was made in 15 rural houses of culture, in 7 libraries, museum funds and theatrical platforms were updated. Bright events of the year are the opening of the National Center of Astafyev and the Gallery of Siberian Art “In the Center of the World”. The attendance of cultural measures exceeded 60 million people.
As part of the tourism development program, 186 numbers in modular hotels were built, and tourist-recreational zones in 7 municipalities were created. The tourist flow inside the region amounted to 2.5 million people, including 1.2 million guests, which is 11.6% more than in 2023.
932.4 million rubles were allocated to support the indigenous peoples. Projects on the development of traditional activities, including reindeer husbandry, have been supported.
Krasnoyarsk is actively preparing for its 400th anniversary. The measures plan included large -scale infrastructure projects: the construction of the Metrotramva line; construction of a children's multidisciplinary hospital; creation of a federal house of youth; The development of cultural space in the historical center of the city, etc.
Sergei Vereshchagin noted that the region has many problems. For example, it is necessary to improve the transport accessibility of distant territories; develop business in conditions of limited resources; restore and modernize objects of environmental significance; Continue targeted use of budget investments, especially in the field of housing and communal services and social protection.

“We launched a positive experience in social certificates in the field of sports last year. Let it be a small amount so far, but the older -generation people got the opportunity to engage in physical education and sports in private institutions for free. Since this year, the number of certificates has been increased to one thousand. The Government of the Territory introduced the bill “On Amending Article 13.2 of the Law of the Territory“ On Physical Culture and Sports in the Krasnoyarsk Territory ”. Amendments expand the measure of support, granting the right to children from low -income families for free to engage in physical education and sports in regional sports institutions. Let me remind you that last year such a norm in the region was introduced for children from large families. Now from September 1, 2025, the norm will also spread to children from low -income families. Unfortunately, we have only six municipalities of the region have regional sports institutions. But we are working with local authorities, which must adopt the relevant regulatory acts at the level of municipalities in order for such a right to extend to municipal sports facilities, ”the parliamentarian noted.
